This narrow urban infill site, located on a hillside in San Diego, features incredible ocean views from the home’s second floor, clean modern design, and sustainable building materials and methods . Due to limited site access and the necessity to move construction forward while developing the entire site, the back wall of the subterranean garage has been temporarily omitted while equipment moves between the front and rear yards.
