 This home is being rebuilt as a result of the recent Witch Creek Fire , so it requires special construction means and methods to mitigate against damage from future fires , including automatic fire sprinkler systems, multi-layered glass on all windows, class A roofing, special framing and venting techniques, and the use of non-combustibles or one-hour resistive construction materials for all exterior features. The exterior facade features a Tuscan architectural theme, created with authentic plaster techniques, stone veneer, concrete columns, heavy timber construction, and a deck overlooking the mountains, golf course and vineyards. One of the interior highlights is a two-story entry corridor that runs through the home and opens to a vaulted main living area with a vintage timber-beam ceiling. The home is situated on the building site to take advantage of the incredible views from every room.
