| This simple, modern 1,800-square-foot condo located in the composer district in Cardiff by the Sea was transformed into the client’s dream by mixing modern and rustic design elements on a modest budget. White on white was hip in the ‘80s, but it’s not anymore. This project consisted of replacing all the condo’s single-pane windows; upgrading the HVAC and electrical systems; completing structural work to level floors prior to installing Chilean oak and travertine stone flooring; installing stone showers and counters, chic plumbing fixtures designed by Porche, and custom cabinetry; and using splashes of vivid color to create harmonious spaces reflecting the client's lifestyle. |
