Set within an environmentally sensitive hillside overlooking the ocean, the site of this 9,800-square-foot home required extensive site work and earth shoring before construction could even begin. Construction methods and execution were equally complex, with cast in place radius architectural walls, structural steel, concrete decks and custom lift and slide doors that allow the owners to open large portions of the home to the outdoors. High-end finishes include imported stone flooring, custom cabinetry, Venetian plaster walls and artistry hand-crafted metal works.
