This stately 12,016-square-foot mansion, sitting on the hill overlooking Lake Washington, was constructed with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. The Georgian architectural exterior façade consists of 6" stone veneer, clear vertical grain Douglas fir siding, wrought iron railings, cedar shingle roofing, custom-built exterior windows and doors featuring true divided lights. The interior features custom handcrafted lighting, plaster walls, a site-built circular stair system, extensive furniture-grade custom cabinetry and exquisite stonework. The site conditions required the utmost coordination for deliveries and transportation to and from an offsite parking area nearly a mile away.
